So this is the second full moon in Gemini season, at the absolute tail end of the sign- And despite my best efforts, it is hopeful as shit. That's Sagittarius for you- The moment things look darkest, there he comes riding in, looking perfect and with just the right wink to assure you that he has a plan, even when you both know he's just winging it. It makes you want to kiss him and punch him right in his smug face, just so he doesn't get too full of himself. It's aggravating and comforting in the same breath. It gives you that second wind, and a reason to fight on in the gravest circumstances.

And if you cry out to heaven for help now, it just may be your lucky day...

O man O man, I don't know if it's the huge bowl of assorted liquors that I just drank, or this full moon is going to be fucking great.  Here I am, sputtering this away as best I can while my vision is fading, but what other way could someone write about Saggo full moon than plastered drunk at 3 in the morning (especially after pulling the 9 of Cups)?  Right as we are about to shed into Sun in Cancer, a surprising second moon in Sagittarius is going to be supplying the fire for our transformation.  This is a very special full moon indeed (as if we weren't having a fuck ton of weird and special astronomical events happening this past year already).  Halfway through this full moon, Luna will be switching from Sagittarius to Capricorn.  This makes it a duel ruled full moon.  This is a clear metaphor for metamorphosis.  It is brimming with electricity and excitement and lots of "push" energy.  This is a clear indicator that you need to just fucking jump into it and do it.  The self made person doesn't manifest their existence by observing the universe but by acting and actively seeking their destiny.  What is it that the Christians always say?  God only helps those who help themselves.  Yeah, I would say there is some truth to that.  It's time to make that critical move.  But hey, be playful about it.  Maybe drink an entire bowl of assorted liquors like I did, or hell, I dunno, run screaming into the hoard singing because we've fucking got this good good energy!

Helios: The Sun, Moon and Venus- To move forward, we have to look back. Think back to what you have already overcome to get to this point- Not to rest on your laurels or pat yourself on the back, but to see how you can build on your past successes as you are increasingly pushed out past your comfort zone. No, you will not always know the right play to make, and you will make some mistakes. But mistakes have brought you here, for better or for worse. As we broke down in the Venus post (click on her if you missed it) the road immediately ahead of us requires some vulnerability- the hard edge you have cultured since 2011 needs dulling- not all fights need to be fought (just don't let Mars hear me say that!). There is a storm within you, and it can either empower or destroy you- it all depends on how willing you are to dodge some lightning bolts! You must embody both your earthly self and the greater self that transcends this meager reality, with both power and humility. Be both the storm and the eye. You must also be honest with yourself about what it is that you want, and you must demand it from life. Not receiving what you don't ask for is your own damn fault. Artemis:  Sun (5 of Cups), Moon (9 of Cups/Ace of Pentacles), Venus (4 of Wands):   DRUNKENESS!  AND IT'S NOT JUST ME!  I pulled the 9 of Cups into the Ace of Pentacles for the full moon in Saggo/Capricorn, so it looks like there will be a lot of joy and insight brought by Luna.  With Venus in sensitive Cancer when this lunation takes place, there will be an opportunity for ecstatic states of vision and happiness available to us if we can move past the fact that nothing will ever be absolutely how we imagine it to be.  If we can realize that no situation can be perfect, nor will it ever be perfect, we can actually make due and ENJOY what we have.  I know it's hard to realize that dreams don't always manifest the way that we want them to.  We spend countless hours daydreaming about what our perfected actions could sprout into our world, but it takes a special kind of courage to realize when something is not right for your path.  It also takes a special kind of person to look up from the mess around them to see what is still standing.  We can imagine ourselves happy in millions of scenarios in our head, but we must also realize that what we are imagining is limited in scope.  Life is full of disappointments left and right, and finding out that something we fantasized so deeply about is going to crumble in our hands is a hard fucking thing to swallow.  The thing is, if we take the energy of this full moon and just let the fuck go, we will be gifted with eyes to see the REAL opportunities.  The expectations that we build will ruin us.  The things we demand will enslave us.  Saggo is all about the vision.  It never actually comes from him, but from the summation of everything around him.  This is why it is a vision.  One must be able to drop their own ego in order to receive what is truly the best course for them.  Sometimes we don't realize what we actually wanted - what was actually good for us - until we take that leap of faith.  Sagittarius craves an ecstatic state, and from this ecstatic state of vision, he moves his plan into the hands of Capricorn.  This full moon is all about the realization of destiny, and knowing that we must look up from the spilled milk to see it cross our path.  Sometimes broken things may be a vehicle for our destiny, but how high we climb the ladder our particular culture hands to us at birth has nothing to do with the real myth inside of us.  Saggo coming into Capricorn tells us that our work must be fueled by vision separate from the ego.  If we do not feel a fire from our work, then it is dead work.  Plain and simple.  Only through the fire shall find true fortune.  We must match our rhythm with that of the world around us.  Only then will we find the flow and stop fighting our eternal transformations.  You must LET GO in order to change.  We must allow ourselves, and the ghosts of dreams rattling in ours ears, to die before we may be fully renewed by the fires of this full moon.  Open your eyes to the people around you.  From the Gemini new moon onward, we are getting a push to alchemically meld with those in our tribe.  It is time for us to come out of the inner cavern of the past few months and celebrate and explore with others.  I am getting good signs in regards to love and friendship from this reading.  That is...  as long as we can look up from our egos and recognize that no vision is the the one vision.  We must juxtapose, and in order to do that, we must relate with openness.  So, in short, what this full moon is telling me is to let mutable Saggo melt your old expectations so that your real abilities may start to shape a more stable, realistic, far more adaptive future for you and those in your tribe.  As Mark Twain said, "You can't depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus."

Helios:  Mercury, Saturn and Neptune- Ooh, now this is some fun- and great news for us, right now. Neptune is the grand vision, Saturn is the work and the reality of the situation, and Mercury is the details that get handled to align the two. These three can be used to bring your wildest dreams into reality right now, all you have to do is be bold enough to state your desire. Oh, and do the work required of course. What that entails varies with each vision, but that will be made clear to you- Just not all at once. You have to be willing to take that great leap, even if you don't know where you will land. None of know where we are going to end up in the end, and it wouldn't be any fun if we did! (Minor Planets- Hidalgo, Toro, Asbolus, Astraea, Hekate)

Artemis:  Mercury (Page of Swords), Saturn (5 of Pentacles), Neptune (5 of Swords):  Well, this is an interesting combination.  The great thing about the 5 of Pentacles in Saturn is that it tells me that we will be forced to experience vision even if everything needs to be torn away from us for this to happen.  Don't let it get that far.  Do you hear that voice deep inside of you that has been tugging you a certain direction your entire life?  Yeah, follow that bliss.  If you don't follow that bliss, you will be met with challenge after challenge until you are so broken down, so impoverished that you are forced to look.  From rock bottom, you can't avoid seeing everything.  Again, don't let it get there.  Jump and leap now, follow your vision but please heed another warning; do not trample on others to do so.  Again I am getting a message that we must remain extremely open to other's opinions right now.  No-one is an island, so sail the seas that connect us and bring a greater vision to yourself and others.  Don't get so trapped in your own ego that Saturn needs to pwn the fuck out of you for you to finally see everyone you have been hurting with your viciousness.  When we are scared of the fragility of our vision, we attack.

Helios:  Mars, Uranus and Chiron- It's not enough that we have Uranus and Eris to deal with on this one, that we have to add in Mars and Chiron too? You are jumping at shadows, raring for a good scrap- You don't trust anyone around you, and you trust yourself least of all. You are still grappling with your own mind, and your base nature is coming out- the cracks on your facade are showing, and you are long past caring who sees; you are wearing your scars proudly, but is that getting you anywhere? What do you gain by continuing to play the victim? We all have wounds, its time for you to pull yourself together. Yes, there is a lot going on in your life, but its time to start taking care of your shit now- you have left it go far too long. Remind those around you that you are a force to be reckoned with. Artemis:  Mars (10 of Pentacles), Uranus (King of Cups), Chiron (The Fool):  Well daaaamn, the cards are letting me in on a little secret here.  You know all that bullshit you have been battling inside of you?  Uranus is not going to let is sit on that.  It's time to let it explode and do something with it.  With The Fool as Chiron, our ability to transform this deep hurt inside of us into something new and helpful will be at it's prime during this lunation.  Uranus is not going to sit there quietly while we bottle things up some more, noooope.  And Mars is going to help him dig out all of the gunk once and for all (until the next cycle, that is).  This is good.  Unless there is some fucked up shit that you are working on that may disturb your reputation, but in the end, it needs to come out for your own sanity.  Be prepared for exposure, but be aware that this is a great opportunity to use your past hurt to heal others setting out on similar paths  Again, this is a very tribal moon.   

Helios:  Jupiter and Pluto- Now here is a showstopper for the finale! Paradoxically, these two are the source of the great hope that tinges this whole lunation. Yes, the moon's ruler Jupiter is at full power right now, direct and heading towards Libra at full tilt, but its not just him- Pluto is winning hearts and minds of his own, and its all about what he promises that Jupiter can never deliver on. Jupiter, for all of his best intentions, will always fail to fully deliver on his promises. It's just his way- he will promise you everything, and you may get some of what he promised, but never all. Pluto on the other hand, promises you nothing but will leave you with greater treasures than you can imagine. He will strip away your illusions and leave you face to face with the truth: And it will hurt, unimaginably so if you have never fully worked with him- But it is worth it. In the sense of authentic power, he wins against his brothers every time- yet he continually is marginalized and stuck in the underworld, far from lofty Olympus. Why? Why do you let others marginalize you and stick you where you don't belong? Why do you accept this as your fate? Power and authenticity alone will not help you achieve your goals though- In the end, you have to inspire others, there must be a reason for others to join you in your aims. It cannot just be you. Isolating yourself and working towards your own glory is a recipe for disaster- ask Hillary Clinton. You must embody both Jupiter and Pluto- Carrying both Heaven and Hell within you. Artemis:  Jupiter (Ace of Swords), Pluto (King of Wands):  Well isn't this lovely!  Jupiter is like Excalibur right now!  He is leading the way, pointing us to the exact place we need to go.  This is truly a visionary moon.  Get your thinking caps on, because now is the best time to implement what has been resting in your head.  Luck and fortune are here for us, and whatever we ask for will manifest very quickly.  With Pluto being the King of Wands, you can't do anything but thrive in your vision.  The god of the Underworld is demanding that we use our power to change things, and Jupiter is telling us that we are heading toward that change with a jovial heart and BLISS in mind.  Again, follow your bliss.  This seems to be the clearest message of all.  There is bliss in destruction just as there is bliss in creation, and Pluto teaches us that we must destroy in order to create.  So what are you willing to let burn away once and for all so that you can march forth without shackles toward your vision?  You can't fly with the world sitting on your shoulders.

Mercury in Gemini- Long Shot

Incremental success is valued, after careful and consistently applied effort. Using that approach, a bird could peck away at a mountain with just its beak!

Of course the problem with this approach is that we as living beings have a finite amount of time, and who wants to devote that precious time to one, singular pursuit? Wouldn't it make more sense to just get a shitton of TNT and blow that damn mountain up?

In a nutshell, that is what he is pushing you to do right now. You have done all your prep work, you have been hustling behind the scenes for months now, and now it is time to make your move. Of course, nothing is ever guaranteed, as much as we would love for it to be- at the end of the day, whenever you take an action, there is a certain element of risk or chance. Mercury is all about speculation and luck, especially in Gemini. This is literally his deal. Sure, you may not come out ahead 100% of the time, but you will miss every shot that you don't take!

I’ve been preaching a lot of compassion lately.  I believe that it is probably the most important thing in the world right now.  Only when we open our channels up to merging with others will we be able to make the vital connections that are necessary for conscious evolution of our kind.  Today (6/1) another immense event is taking place.  Uranus is going conjunct Eris.  The majority of the planets are in mutable signs at the moment, and a mutable grand cross is only days away.  There is no better time than now to choose how you want to climb the shifting ladder of ideas.  Spin your webs and get ready for what’s ahead.  

Mercury in Gemini has a very busy energy about it.  What is the essence of this archetypal combination?  I believe Gemini is constantly trying to make pairings and connections (hello twins), so I would say that intellectual conversation will be on a dramatic rise.  This is good.  We are being set up to help each other shift right now.  With Mars retrograding in Scorpio, you will have to fight back feelings of judgement and rashness with words.  Is it better to instantly judge a thing before exploring a thing?  Gemini would say that would be a spit in the face of the scientific process.  

We have a warning here.  It is extremely easy to make snap judgments and move on with our shallow interpretation of reality.  It is comfortable that way.  It’s hard to have to actually chew on things and process and merge with people.  Listen, you only have so many years to live in your short little mortal life (I mean, what we know of at least).  Sure, you can shut out everyone who dissents and tunnel your way toward a dead end, because that’s exactly what it is when you don’t take in all data (Gemini the scientist is being very serious about this).  Or you can explore people’s minds and find the undeniable connections we all share.  

This reading is giving me one more warning.  Mercury in Gemini energy is extremely hyper active.  7 of Wands is telling us to solidify our determination because it will be harder than ever to stay the course.  When so many things are coming at us right now, it is hard to keep our course on projects we have committed to.  Keep an eye on your agenda while making sure to leave enough flexibility to get the most out of this energy.  Balance has been the key in the past, and never will it not be the key.  

New Moon in Gemini- Serving Two Masters

Out of all the mutable signs, the strongest source of chaos seems to originate from Gemini.  Like Virgo, there is a sense of striving toward order but being stretched too thin.  At least Virgo is an earth sign, giving her a sense of grounding and purpose to her chaos.  Gemini is ruled by air, and this in itself gives him very little restriction.  Of course, this could drive a person insane and create a sort of split persona.  Perhaps this is why Gemini is represented by the Twins;  you're always talking to two different people when talking to a Gemini.  One person dwells deep inside and they are extraordinarily insightful.  This twin has a wonderful appreciation for higher intellectual pursuits, a keen eye when it comes to analysis of any kind, a whimsical sense of humor and an ability for the arts that can rival any other sign in the Zodiac.  The other Twin is kind of a piece of shit (or just really ridiculously flashy).  Oh shut up, Gemini, you all know it's true!  We never know which one of you to expect, and I bet you don't either.  This new moon is a lot like that.  What the hell is on the horizon?  What can we expect?  And who are we going to end up choosing to be?

H: The Sun, Moon, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto- You read that right. All seven are counted in this. Let's break this down- The hot zone will be anything between 12-16 degrees of your chart, but especially the mutables. This is major change energy in the air- Yes, things have been stagnant and you have been at a loss as for what to do to surmount your obstacles. Overnight, it seems like these obstacles are melting away in front of you, and the ground has suddenly changed from quicksand to one of those horizontal escalator walkways that they have in airports for no adequately explored reason and that exist no where else- Only they actually have some speed to them, and its more than you can handle. The main players are going to be the benefics, Venus and Jupiter. This new moon is right on Venus and being squared by Jupiter; But in the background are Saturn, Neptune and Pluto. You are caught between your brightest future and your darkest past. Your secrets, mistakes, lies and failures seek to weigh you down so that you may never reach those lofty peaks you dream of- Your fears haunt you at every turn, and your insecurities take every opportunity to remind you how much of a piece of shit you actually are. They rake you over the coals for every misspoken word, every failed venture, and every chance that you didn't take. They will do this for as long as you continue to give them your attention- Engaging in that negative self-talk will only give your demons more power over you. In spite of the war raging in your head and heart, you have achieved so much, so quickly, and in ways that those around you never believed that you were capable of- But you cannot see it. All you see is your failures, because you are the only one who knows their full extent! You can get through this, but to do so you will need to forget the failures, and the losses. You have to let go of that dialogue that says that you need to get back to the original model- Unless you somehow develop time travel powers there is no way to do it (and then you run into causality, and bifurcated timelines... its a giant hassle); You have to deal with your situation, this world, reality as it is - Not how you wish it would have been. Most of all, you have to be honest with yourself- There is something in your past, or in your subconscious that you are desperately trying to hide from. This is keeping you chained to it, so that you can never escape it. Break your shackles and face the truth. Only then can you move forward. A:  The Sun (ace of wands), Moon (3 of Pentacles), Venus (8 of Pentacles), Jupiter (High Priestess), Saturn (7 of Pentacles), Neptune (7 of Wands) and Pluto (Queen of Swords):

There seems to be a "split" in all the air signs.  Gemini is split by two personas, Libra is split by everything in fucking existence - trying fruitlessly to bring it all together, and Aquarius is split between the heavens and earth.  Unfortunately, this leads to a sort of dissociation in all three signs.  Who are they really?  Do you remember how I told you on the Sagittarius Full Moon that what we imagine, we become?  I pulled the same goddamn card for the moon again; the Ace of Wands.  It makes a lot of sense.  This time, we are tackling it from a far more personal side than when we were being pummeled by moon in Saggo energy.  Saggo asked us who we wanted to be in regards to the collective, and Gemini is asking us who we are going to choose to be in regards to our own daily life.

Marilyn is the perfect example of a Sun (and Mercury) in Gemini person.  Her friends would talk about how she could trigger different personas into existence at whim, and how she could effortlessly weave her way through conversations.  One minute she was Norma Jean; quiet, intellectual, serious, and plain.  People would pass her on the street without a second glance.  She would tell her friends to watch closely as she shifted into Marilyn Monroe.  The next minute she would "transform" into her other half with a little shift in posture and mindset.  People immediately began to notice her as she walked down the street.  This is Gemini's gift.  You can project on to them as much bullshit as you'd like, and the inner twin will always be just behind the scenes taking notes as the more theatrical twin is picking away at your defenses.  What you imagine, you become.  What others imagine we are, we become.  Instead of putting down the inner person who is clearly not the outer person, use the "image" others create for you as a weapon.  Theater is an important art-form.  Figuring out which myth people believe you are living out can come to your advantage.  Venus and Jupiter are going to be helping us chop wood and carry water, so to speak.  Jupiter is whispering to us that the secret to all of this lies in him, and that Venus is helping him construct this grand plan.  Both planets are sitting in Mercury ruled signs; Virgo and Gemini.  So, the answer lies with connecting to others who share similar views in regards to connection that we do.  How can we merge our ideas with others?  How are we all going to put together our little pieces of the puzzle with those who are working on the same puzzles as us?

While you are working with your allies, you need to prepare for your enemies.  How can you use the "idea of you" that they have to destroy them?

It's time to focus on how to use our skills, especially our personality, to get what we want.  Jesus Christ, I sounded so Gemini just then...  Although Gemini knows how to nudge people in various directions for their own benefit, there is always this underlying guilt they face.  Perhaps this is why they are constantly running in the middle of situations they have manifested?  This warns us to keep in mind that whatever you do to turn a situation into your favor, do so without nudging people off of their own path.  All in all, this is an extremely creative moon.  Use it to paint a beautiful new mask for this stage we call life.  The myths we create are a map of the underlying reality of things; which we are unable to truly communicate.  Sorry, Gemini, we know how much you like to communicate.  How do you talk about something that we really don't know how to talk about?  Art.    

While you are learning how to use your exterior self as an art form, don't get too lost in the being that you create.  You are never exactly what others say you are.  Your inner self also has some shit they are dealing with that needs focus as well.  The outer planets are digging under our skin to reveal to us the truth of our inner lives.  Sometimes love has to be tough.  Pluto has always had a bad reputation for being volatile when she should be tender (makes sense that I pulled the Queen of Swords for her).  Remember, there is a need for fire to clear things that are overrun.  There is an ancient wisdom to Pluto that tells us that to uncover what is buried inside of us, we have to dig deep and use big explosives.  It is a violent process.  Anytime false ideas about who we are come toppling down, it can't help but be a violent process.  Use this chaos around us like a ladder.  Gemini knows that when the pieces scatter, you can use them to create whatever fairy tale you wish to create.  The Mutable Grand Cross that is coming up in less than 2 weeks is going to be a big opportunity.  We are going to be able to re-arrange the pieces of our existence into a new shape.  Mutable signs like Gemini are like play doe.  You can pummel them into any form that you wish, but always keep in mind that it is not permanent.  We will be learning grand lessons of impermanence now, from crumbling social circles to crumbling ideas of persona.  Keep in mind that the truth of any individual can never be gleamed from one perspective of them.  We are like the eye of a storm; still and empty like a void.  Our exterior is always spinning and changing; picking up pieces of others as we move along our path.  We are both.  The person that you create to take on your exterior world has repercussions for the person living inside of you.  Remember this as you choose which myth you want to live out.       

H: Mercury and Uranus- As you are dredging up the mire in your head, your mind is supercharged right now, going a mile a minute trying to think up a clever way out of the situation your cleverness got you into. News flash- getting out of it, running from the problem? The least effective way to move forward. Your best way out is through. Note that I didnt say the ONLY way there- you can choose just about any way to move you want: Forward, back, up, west or at a downward slope. Doesn't matter. You will move, and if you dont harness the energy here for your own aims, it will run roughshod over you, and when it is done with you it will cast you aside in a random direction of its choosing- not yours. For some of you, this is what you really want- I get it, but if you can take control, why not do so? You will also run into the issue where you are afraid of what you want, that it is either not big or world-changing enough, that your dreams are too small and you cannot be enough for this world- that you have missed your shot at your best life. If you do, reexamine what you think you want. See if your goals are still in line with your path. (Minor Planets in play- Ceres, Borasisi, Hebe, Niobe, Hybris, Bacchus)

Eek, we're up against the ropes and have no idea where to move from here.  9 of Wands indicates our huge sense of exhaustion, yet it also shows us that we have a lot of EXPERIENCE now.  These two cards show us that we are finally coming into a deeper understanding of our mental workings.  The Page of Swords is always poised to move but a little nervous.  She has all the knowledge she needs, just as the 9 of Wands, but where the 9 of Wands is exhausted and beat up, the Page of Swords is nervous and anxious.  You need to figure out a way to ground yourself and summon some strength.  Things are literally going to be able to go anywhere from here.  The Mutable Grand Cross and this Mutable sun and moon are telling change is here whether we like it or not.  Uranus is about to go conjunct with Eris (June 1), which is sending more CHANGE our way.  You can sit there and cry about how tired and nervous you are, or you can keep plugging away.  Venus being the 8 of Pentacles tells me that our route to fortune is going to be in the plugging away, regardless of the insanity coming from Mercury and Uranus.  Make a move.  

H: Mars and Chiron- With all of this, what can you actually do about any of it? Well, this is mostly going to be an internal struggle, primarily a mental one. The best thing to do is to focus on resolving your conflict, and not trying to rush it- You must not try to push forward quicker than the flow wishes for you. You can choose to do so, but I promise that you will be pushed back and knocked on your ass at every turn if you do. Or you could be patient and allow events to unfold in harmony (*cough cough* Fourth Law *cough cough*). The downside to following the path, the flow, is that right now no matter what course of actions you decide to take you will be forced to confront old issues that have not been resolved. Any shortcuts you have taken, anything unfinished will be thrown back up in your face. We have been down the chirotic path before though, so you know the territory- besides, the more you face the issues, the less power they have over you. Your freedom comes from this conflict, both within and without. You must not shrink from it- you have to fight through. Step up and fight for your future or watch it fall away (Minor Planets in play- Siwa, Varuna)

A: Mars (the Heirophant) and Chrion (6 of Pentacles):

Ugh, Mars is retrograding into Scorpio, meaning more skeletons popping up for us.  It's fine.  Every time these issues come around, they give us a deeper understanding of why they manifested in our lives.  Everything is not as it initially seems.  Chiron is the Wounded Healer of the asteroids and he is telling us we have to be willing to give as much healing as we are receiving.  To heal yourself, you have to help heal others.  The thing is, we have to seek the perfect balance right now.  Putting too much energy into others, or putting too much energy into yourself over others, is going to send you under.  Everyone's self esteem is struggling right now.  Build each other up as Mars in Scorpio brings back more unfinished business for everyone.  We seriously all need to work together.  Throwing others off the cliff is not going to make it easier for you to climb the mountain.  Sure, if it's one of your piece of shit enemies, knock that sucker to the motherfucking ground.  But if it's a friend, or someone you hardly really know, lend a fucking hand.  You are going to need people you trust holding the ropes for you, and vice versa.  There is something really strange about the Heirophant representing Mars in retrograde in Scorpio.  I get a sense of ancestors calling out to us.  Sit and meditate on this.  What unlived dreams of your ancestors do you need to address?  How are you an unknowing device for your ancestors to live out those dreams?  This is an important thing to keep in mind when we are manifesting a future for ourselves in the coming weeks.  Keep in mind what your dreams are juxtaposed against the dreams everyone has been feeding you plus the dreams that your ancestors never fulfilled due to giving up on their lives or any other tragedy that may have befallen them.  Gemini teaches us that we are never truly just one person, and we never truly serve just one master.

You're tired. You're done- I get it, trust me. All you want is a reprieve, a way out of what seeks to oppress you. You feel the pressure from all sides, and you just want to run. That is the nature of Venus in Gemini- Screw the rules, fuck the future! Lets have fun today!

Of course, this attitude is unsustainable, especially with Saturn in Sagittarius- But after all we have been through, don't we deserve a bit of a breather? Especially when She will play a key role in the upcoming New Moon and will be active in the Uranus-Eris conjunction. Honestly, under Pluto in Cap, any bit of a reprieve is welcome- And those usually come during Gemini transits.

Yes it is super important to take the long view, and it is important to fix your mind onto great big thoughts, full of import and gravity- But if you neglect the moments in front of you, you neglect the chance to come up with your OWN wisdom to last through the ages. If all you do is parrot those who have come before you, and you have nothing new to add to the conversation, you will be forgotten. To make any impact, you must be present in the now, in the moment!

And goddamnit, you need to have fun. We all know that we have been needlessly kicking our own asses lately, because of a perceived lack of progress or a feeling of being off course. Think of this as a vacation from that (and good practice for Jupiter moving into Libra) You have to forget the big picture, at least temporarily. Gemini can run literally hundreds of scenarios in their heads at any moment, and will come up with the best solution given the variables, but can only do that from a relative perspective- otherwise key variables go unknown- In other words, you are the master of your fate at this juncture, no one else can tell you what to do because they have no idea of the reality of what you are facing right now. Sure, they can advise, but you're not going to give them the key secrets that could change the entire equation. Its just the way this time works.

During this time you will need to make key decisions about what is right for you, and no one else can tell you what to do. This is not helped by Chiron in Pisces- You will need to actually follow your instincts, and figure out what the hell it is that you really want. You will be distracted at several points by things that SEEM like they are great for you, and the logical way to proceed, but Venus doesn't do logic- everything here has to be the truth of the heart. If it doesn't feel right, you will shoot yourself in the foot to get out of it, whether consciously or unconsciously. Get it right the first time.

Of course, with Jupiter in Virgo, your natural reaction will be to deny this truth and run from it- I get it, its uncomfortable. Besides, i am the poster child for running away from the truth of my Self. You will think that you are not worthy of happiness, and blah blah, so on and so forth- Get over it. You will need to get these issues resolved before Jupiter moves into Libra, and you will not have a lot of time to do it. It is THIS YEAR folks. But in the end, time moves forward regardless of what we do and if we get it right- and that is the key to understanding Gemini- it doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to work. Ideally, everything would be perfect, and harmony would be the de facto modus operandi, but what is perfect for me isnt necessarily what is perfect for you, and with 7 billion humans all wanting various things, their own versions of heaven, perfection cannot exist. A workable, functional future can, however- if you are willing to choose it.

Press on the gas peddle, it's fucking Gemini season!  Everything seems to speed the fuck up at this time of year.  And BAM, Venus is having her next ingress.  This one kinda hit me out of nowhere.  I was beginning to fall asleep from a Taurean induced stupor, cradled by ice cream and soap operas.  This is a welcomed fucking wake up call.  I feel like someone just dunked me in ice water and told me to get my shit together.  It's party season.  

Who hasn't fallen for a god damn Gemini (god damn fdsjlksadjf Gemini)?  Venus in the Twins is a charming muse who skips around blowing minds and bringing a flair of sophistication to any romantic interaction.  She makes you laugh, she makes you think, and then she leaves you.  And this is why we have all also hated a Gemini.

I absolutely love air signs in Venus.  It gives love a flirtatious, easy going nature (which is nice coming out of serious earth).  We are crawling out of a period of time where our emotions were worn on our sleeve.  The last couple of Venusean ingresses have brought to the surface the flood waters of our heart, revealing to us truer shades of our attachments.  Now that we have received our insights, it is time to dive deep into our connections.  It's time to view love from the Air sign's perspective.

Saturn and Venus are coming into opposition, so I suspect Gemini will give us epiphanies about the grand plan.  What do I mean by this?  It will show you just why you are connected to the ones you love, and just why you value what you value.  We have a primal attraction to what we are attracted to for a reason.  It's an eerie sort of fate, and it gets stranger  with a planet like Saturn involved.  Saturn is going to give Venus a lot of pressure to address her grand plan.  Saturn wants answers, and he wants purpose.  He likes structure and lines and containers, and love really rebels against all of this.  Love destroys any sense of "container."  The intellectualization of Venus in Gemini fighting a idealistic Saturn in Sagittarius is going to be quite the battle.  With these two signs, I imagine two girls fighting in a pudding or something.  Hey it's still fighting, and one of them has to win!  It's just going to be kind of a sexy fight.  As the fighting between these two progresses, love will address the structure of our life and the structure of our life will effect our love.  It'll be a tug of war for a while, but one of their influence will overpower the other in your personal chart.  However,  both will be forever changed from this interaction.  The mutable Grand Cross is coming, and big changes are ahead.      

How do air signs fall in love?  With our brains.  No, dead serious.  If we can find someone who makes connections in the same way that we do, regardless of their belief system, we find great value in this.  Gemini is the flirt for a reason.  She is always testing our minds, seeing how everything holds up and if we are able to contend with her.  This is plain and simple air sign behavior.  Get ready for a lot of this, in yourself and others.  Gemini is going to send us out into the world, exploring each other's paradigms and having a lot of brain sex.  Doesn't that sound awesome?

New Moon in Aries- Bloody, Bold and Resolute

Lawd jezus, its a FIAR! Oh I know its old now, but apropos. Anyways, Its MUHUGGIN ARIES up in here! New Moon in Aries; its one of my favorite New Moons. The energy in the air, Spring, just feeling like a certified champion... Hard to beat it. Still, you have to make it last til Capricorn so dont go too hog wild!!

Ill keep it as short and sweet as I can for you all, so lets just skydive right into it!

Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars- Yes hellraisers, its another Stellium up in here. I love these, they make my life much easier by making it much, much harder! All of these guys ar joined by Eris, so you can bet this placement is about stirring up your life (for the better) and getting you way out past your comfort zone. You'll know you're onto something when you find something worth fighting for. A trine to Chariklo shows that you will not see this shakeup coming, but once it happens you will realize there was no real way that it could play out otherwise. A trine to Ixion and Burney confirms this, saying that this may come as a result of a very poorly planned choice, or possibly because you neglected to make a choice that could prevent it. Now all of this is not meant to be negative, says Black Moon Lilith, because the result of the coming changes will be positive- however the circumstances leading up to them might not be. A trine to Hylonome may inspire a new feeling of loyalty to something you love, whether that is a relationship. A quincunx to Psyche does not make this easy for you, however. Find something that sets you on fire, and set your path in its pursuit. A sextile to Thereus confirms this, and shows that your pursuit may take you off the beaten path into some surprisng places! A square to Varuna demands that you make an effort to bring yourself out onto the stage, into a place where you can have a greater impact and be seen for it. A sextile to Vesta shows that you will need to make this a long term commitment, dont waste your time if you cant dedicate the time and effort to it. A square to Astraea demands that you give this your full attention, telling you that now is not the time to pull the ripcord. More work is needed. A square to Apophis warns that there will be several distractions and attempts to pull you off of this path, but you just need to stay focused (this will get loads easier in Taurus) and keep at it. Don't allow yourself to make excuses. A square to Bacchus, an opposition to Rhadamanthus, and a trine to Amycus all confirm this. Dont allow yourself to get shaken by your own doubts and insecurities. A square to Ascelpius pushes you on, trust yourself and do what is asked of you to the best of your ability. That is the way through.

Mercury- Most Holy Hanuman, is he STILL in freaking Pisces? Ugh. At any rate, its almost over. Soon you'll have a clear head again and you'll be set to blaze a new trail. A square to Lilith, Vesta and Quaoar tells you to watch out so that you dont slip into your old habits- What you do now sets the course for this whole year. I know its hard to believe, but trust me. A trine to Varuna shows that you just want to slip away from your obligations and swim off into freedom- Don't. Another trine, to Psyche, tells you that the challenges that you are facing right now are to be conquered, not worked around. Tap Aries, and remember that you are much, much greater than you allow yourself to believe. A sextile to Kassandra asks you to look ahead and start planning out your trajectory for where you want to be next year- Play the long game. A square to Arachne confirms this, but warns you against getting discouraged because of the complexity. The best solution to a Gordian Knot isnt always a Gladius. A square to Hybris tells you that instead of warning against being proud and boastful, you're at the point to where you now need to build yourself up again, but not from an ego perspective. No, you are challenged to rebuild your sense of pride and worth, but taking care that it is rooted in a more mindful, aware part of you- Your actual Self, what is called the I AM, having conquered the ego (Even if you don't think you have conquered it just yet- You've done more than you think).

Jupiter- If it wasn't enough that the bloated gasbag is barreling full speed ahead into Cancer, hes also hitting right on a very sensitive point- the degree of last year's Venus Transit. So that means that in addition to the Mars-Venus Conjunction and all of its insanity, you are going to be presented with all of the issues that the Venus transit brought up last year, and you will be shown just how far or not-so-far you've come since then. This is a chance to get it right this time. You know exactly what you need to do- Be the best version of yourself possible. If you truly want it, put in the sweat equity and make it work, however you need to. No excuses. A conjunction to Atropos confirms this, telling you that for better or worse, you've come full circle. Show us what you've learned. A quincunx to the North Node and to Pluto shows that you are ready to make the adjustments needed in order to succeed. JUST DO IT ALREADY!

Saturn- Um... This is actually a first- Nothing major to report here. I have a square to Juno, challenging you to make deeper connections in your relationships, and a trine to Teharonhiawako which is making it easier for you to do something creative that you really want to do. Seize that opportunity, it wont be around forever. Other than that, Ive got nothing (Seriously? Nothing? Wow!), so enjoy a week off from Saturn!

Uranus- A trine to Orius tells you that you need an outlet, some way to unleash your wild side. Pressure is building up and the release is needed. Put it into something constructive. A sextile to Juno and a conjunction to Amor highlights that there are some power plays brewing in your relationships. Be aware of your boundaries. An opposition to Toro highlights a low in your drive and ambition- dont allow yourself to slip back, not when you've made so much ground! A sextile to Hephaistos says that this might be not be a great time for self-discovery and reflection, but you're too busy coming up with ideas and plans for your work and career to hear me anyway. A square to Narcissus warns of becoming too self-absorbed; why not try to lavish and adore someone else for a change?

Neptune- Blah blah Orcus, something something sextile to Magdalena... Nothing new? Oh wait, here we go- A sextile to Pallas Athene. She demands that you focus on your craft. This needs to be a way for you to actually reach into yourself and share what you find with the world. If you don't pour yourself into it, don't bother. Give it all you have, and start on it now.

Pluto- Closely sextile Chiron, we're dealing with all those old wounds that he loves to open up when he gets the chance. Here's the crazy thing though- They're actually healing. Think about it, recent events that have pushed you out of your comfort zone, and that you have stepped up to the plate on, even with your reservations; have actually helped you to move past your misgivings and old pains. Its legitimately magic. Keep at it. The sextile/Mutual reception to Saturn and to Deucalion tells you that this is not a temporary thing- start to build with taking it into consideration, not avoiding it and going around it. A trine to Elatus shows that the carrot is actually within reach for you. I know it doesn't seem like it now, but you can actually have what you want. Aries will help you get it, but you have to put in the sweat equity yourself. This is the reward, the battle plan is whats outlined above.

New Moon in Aquarius- Cosplay

Still, you're going to feel a bit like a superhero anyway- Its the Astro. Enjoy it, and use it to its full effect, because these superpowers come with a time limit guys. And man are we going to need them. Get your cape and read on.

Good news? Happy Chinese New Year!! Thats right, its officially the year of the Black Water Snake! I love that the Chinese New Year starts in Aqua, its so auspicious and full of hope and promise. Only better time would be to do it in Aries! But the Waterbearer is just as good. Oh wait, thats the second time Ive mentioned Water in this paragraph alone... Oh well, its probably nothing.

So the main focus right now is how this New Moon is almost exactly squaring the Nodes. So this is all going to have an element of fate to it, setting the stage for the rest of the year. Im betting the Chinese Astrologers are shitting themselves over this one, so it at least deserves a mention! What you choose matters, and its an awesome time to really send out a firm, strong message for how you want your 2013 to turn out. Make sure its bold, larger than life and mega-audacious.

Bearing that in mind, lets get to it, shall we?

The Sun and Moon- Have I mentioned how much I love Aqua? Like I said, the big news here is the Nodes. The Nodes combined with the Sun and Moon ALWAYS means eclipse energy, even if it isnt a traditional eclipse, so brace for intensity building up to a flashpoint, and expect this influence lasting for 6 months. This aspect specifically however indicates some deep Scorpionic issue threatening your continued survival driving you to make a big, life-changing Aquarian choice. Its okay to be scared as long as you do it anyway, but go big or go home guys. Of course, theres more to it than just that. A trine to Ceres is very much in effect, making it easier and extremely important that you put yourself first. This does not mean that you forget about your loved ones, however!! Miss Eris is involved here, demanding that you shake up some shit on your way out and helping you recover your backbone enough to do it. A square to Sedna tells you that no matter what you do, you are going to be missing out or lose something. Weigh your options carefully, HOWEVER DO NOT WAVER in making a decision, because the absolute worst thing you can do is nothing at all. This is confirmed by a sextile to Ixion. Make your move and roll the dice. A sextile to Pholus indicates that something very small is going to set this all off, so pay attention. Sweat the small stuff. A quincunx to Varuna tells you that something is going on behind the scenes. Use this energy to slip out the back door when you make your move rather than causing some big scene. A square to Psyche tells you that there may be considerable stress with you and your romantic partners (for those of you that have them) and its time for you both to put up or shut up. On that note, enjoy Valentine's Day! Dear god, these two are conjunct Damocles- No wonder you feel like there is a sword hanging over your head!! Gauge your choices and actions very carefully, and guard your thoughts. Handle yourself with as much humility, openness and maturity as you can muster- Radical candor is your friend here. If that wasnt enough, the centuars are definitely riding out! A trine to Thereus demands that you compose yourself and act with integrity, no matter what those around you are doing. Believe me, it matters. A sextile to Bienor and Amycus confirms this- Reign in your passions before they ride roughshod over you.

Mercury and Mars- Our boys Merc and Mars are both in Pisces now, and Merc is gearing up for his Retrograde. Til them we get to deal with his bullshit now. Joyous. A conjunction with Chiron is the focal point with this one, so how this plays out is up to you. Know that you will be made painfully aware of any insecurities or unresolved emotional issues; and it will be up to you to take action to resolve them- or at least attempt to integrate them into your life, with as minimal drama and resistance to them as possible. Never forget that they are pieces of YOU- Why fight yourself? All this is taking place opposite Orcus, who bears the rather grim message of "Grow or Die". This is confirmed by a square to Jupiter- Stand up, quit your bitching and get it done. Theres also a rather interesting square that im compelled to bring up- A square to brand-spanking new Centuar 330836 Orius! Now since this guy is brand new (the name is about a week old) and im not comfortable posting a interp for him, but watch out for a post featuring him after I do some intensive research. A trine to another centaur, Cyllarus, smooths the way for you to take action and I recommend doing so only after doing some serious recon of the area. Know the territory before you take a leap. A conjunction to Teharonhiawako warns against those who would plot behind your back and try to cut you off at the knees. Surround yourself with those you can trust, and don't just jump at shadows- Enlist your lieutenants to do some covert ops. An opposition to Eurydike indicates that you are depending on something in particular, and that dependence will be stressed and tested. Do you really need it? Another opposition, to Achilles, suggests that you can probably make it without it, with sustained effort and a little luck.

Venus- Our girl is in Aquarius finally, and the lusty passion of Cap is well gone, but the light fun and optimism of Aqua should be more than enough to make up for it. Right out of the gate, we find her in a trine to Vesta, suggesting that your commitment to what and who you love should flow very naturally right now. Perfect for Desperation Valentine's Day! A square to Saturn confirms this, but adds a note of seriousness and brooding over old hurt. Things should be examined before being taken to the next level. A sextile to Pallas Athene doesn't do anything for romance, but you can bet your ass she will scrutinize every single candy heart and stuffed bear for just the right message and statement of romantic intent. Thats... about it actually, so lets move on.   

Mars Ultor- Covered already. Go back, do not pass go, do not collect $300

Jupiter- Now this is interesting... A sextile to Uranus is key here, adding some extra zap to Jupiter's thunderbolt. So in this case not only do you have to dream big, it has to serve a purpose. A square to Teharonhiawako confirms this, and suggests that you try something completely new to you. You may just find an undiscovered talent! A trine to Hera tells us that for once, these two are getting along. Stop the presses! Enjoy it by spending time with those you love.

Saturn- The Time Lord is gearing up to go Retrograde again, and then we'll back down from the edge of the cliff we're on. Til then, stall for time. The sextile to Pluto will be exact again, and all the fun THAT entails will be back in effect. A quincunx to Pallas Athene forces you to take a critical look at where you are in your life, and asks you where you want to be. What are you willing to do in order to get to where you want to be? A trine to Chiron shows you may have some difficulty facing that down, due to some personal insecurity or emotional pain- My advice would be to go slow and not back down from it. Another quincunx, to Vesta, shows that your commitment to where you are now  and what you are doing is being stretched to the limit. Is it better just to call this one? A square to Icarus confirms this, and suggests that you free yourself of what you allow to limit yourself. A sextile to Echeclus shows that you need to focus on more than just the present, you need to be aware of what you are doing to move yourself into the future.

Uranus- The square to Pluto is seperating, but ignore it at your own peril. Take this moment as a short break from that while you deal with everything else! A square to Helio shows that right now you do not feel as though you are at your best, and as such you are not so shiny to the rest of the world, creating a vicious cycle that becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. A square to Astraea confirms this, and suggests that you take a step back from the spotlight to recover that. An opposition to Hera tells you to make sure that your needs are represneted and that you do not allow anyone to manipulate you. A square to Narcissus confirms this, and warns you not to do the same to others.

Neptune- Is really not active this go-around, no major contacts to speak of. A square to Hebe and Hybris indicates that you may have to do some things that are unpleasant, and that you will need to swallow your pride a bit in order to do so. It will be worth it, however- bide your time. A sextile to Kassandra will help you know when the time is right to take action.

Pluto- Stormageddon is making some tell-tale rumblings, but has yet to actually pull the trigger. His sextile to Chiron is dissipating, but no you're not done dealing with it yet. Keep at it. A conjunction to Echeclus tells you to detach and gain a new perspective on your situation. You need to explore the root cause of your issue and how to move past it. A square to Pallas Athene helps here, pushing you to turn a critical eye inward without judgement. This is doubled by a conjunction to Minerva, the Roman counterpart of Pallas Athene. A square to Sappho indicates that this is something that is best worked through on your own, and not to be put on anyone else so much.

Jupiter Direct- A Shower of Gold

Yes yes, I know. Starzina is going to have a field day with this one. But before we get into it, let me explain- Im taking the title (and image too- You wouldn't beleive what comes up when you google "Golden Shower"!) from the myth of Perseus. In the myth, the hero is born when Zeus (Jupiter) visits his mother, Danaë, who was imprisoned in a bronze box by her father because of a silly little prophecy that he would be killed by his daughters son borne by Zeus. Now Zeus really wanted some of Danaë, but since she was stuck in a box, his normal tricks wouldnt work. But then he noticed something- This box was open to the sky! Since Zeus was the God of the Heavens (sky), he sensed an opportunity. For reasons that will remain known only to him, and defying all conventional logic, Zeus decided to pay a visit to Danaë, but in the form of a shower of gold (very hard to type that with a straight face). Shortly after, Danaë becomes pregnant, as is par for the course in these types of situations. Her son, Perseus, went on to do awesome things, like slaying Medusa (who got a bad rap, but hey), defeating the Kraken (but not before it launched an absolutley wonderful line of Rum in its own name), winning the hand of Andromeda, and yes, killing his grandfather Acrisius in the kind of wacky hijinks you can only find in the ancient Greek myths.

So, now that I've explained where my head is at, you're probably wondering how in the hell Im going to tie that myth into any kind of theme whatsoever (aside from the running watersports joke), and ill admit- Its a bit flimsy, but CHALLENGE ACCEPTED (which is my usual go to for both Jupiter and Mars [and in one particularly odd instance, Uranus; But we dont talk about Mexico.]) So, what has been happening right now? Well, with Jupiter Retrograde, bonhomie, hospitality, fortune, charity and drama all get scaled way back in daily life to make way for more pressing matters, like day to day survival.

With Jupiter Direct, the party starts back up in full swing. Literally, he can shower you with good fortune and luck (not to mention pregnancy- Never let it be said that I don't warn you guys). There are caveats to that however...

1.) This is not a call back to boozing, snorting, hooking, or however you choose to do low expression of Jupiter. This is still Demolition Astro, after all.
2.) The only way to tap into the absolute awesome of Jupiter RIGHT DAMN NOW is to be able to drop everything in a picosecond.
3.) High-speed processing is the name of the game. Baggage will be unnecessary where you're going. Anything that weighs you down holds you back.

This all gets heightened later on this month, when we get treated to Mars and Venus getting up to their usual antics, Saturn taking his turn to go retrograde, and some truly freaky things happening with Uranus. Til then, we have Jupiter gaining his lost ground. Try not to get pissed on.

Scorpio Black Ops, Act VI: Total Solar Eclipse in Scorpio- On The Other Side

Sorry for the delay everyone, this was one I wanted to make sure I got right. Also, Im looking for a new personal assistant (don't ask what happened to the old one. Honestly, never hire anyone just because they look fantastic in swimwear. Ladies and Gentlemen, er... sorry, I mean Hellraisers, fuck this shit. For real. From what i've been hearing from you guys, it sounds like I'd be hard pressed to find anyone to argue the point. But don't you worry your black little hearts- Your good buddy Astro is going to explain everything. But its your job to read between the lines and pick up on the subtext...

Anyway, so here's where we stand- Its an eclipse in Scorpio, and its amplified by a ridiculous (even by my standards) chart. So lets roll up our sleeves and get into it, shall we?

You have two choices here. You can either A) Let this eclipse happen to you, in which case you can close this site right now, because we don't want you up in here, or B) You can tap into it and use it. How do you do that, those who chose option B and didn't storm off in a huff will ask; Ill tell you what- Its by just acknowledging you feel like ass, aren't satisfied, and getting your ass into the game. Its understanding that there is more for you to do. Thats when the magic happens; that one moment when you refuse to be done. Its going down to the depths, getting crushed, and right before you surrender for good, you push one last time against the weight that is trying to destroy you once and for all, and with everything you have, you throw it off your back, screaming out in frustration and victory. 

To get there however, you have to do this part first. The crap part where you get crushed, inch by agonizing inch as your strength drains away. Or does it? Ask any gym rat, to build muscle and gain strength, first you must tear it down. Its only by rebuilding the torn tissue that you gain the hypertrophy (i.e.- Big strong muscles). This is working the same way. While you're building yourself up, it hurts. Training sucks at first- but you keep at it. Then one day something curious happens; You start to enjoy it, look forward to it even.

And it pays off; You have visible results that everyone can see.

Of course, that is Scorpio at its best....

So without further exposition, lets roll up our sleeves and get to it, shall we?

The Sun and Moon- Right then, eclipse mode. Well, we start out with a quincunx to Eris, so the challenge is having the courage to honor the part of you that just wants to tear everything down that isnt working, chucking all your junk out of the window and the part that wants to slow down and plan out a viable escape plan that leaves you much more well off then if you just charge in. You will need to make several adjustments in order to keep these two conflicting, yet similar desires in check and in balance. A trine to Pallas Athene fires your brain on all cylinders, which is something you desperately need. Don't just throw away your plans if you hit a snag though- stick with it, and work out a solution. A square to Nessus shows that you are feeling very toxic, as though your very soul were being poisoned and ebbing away, bit by bit. I strongly urge you to identify the cause of this, and resolve it immediately (within the next 6 months). An opposition to Sedna shows that you are holding on desperately to something that you need to release. I know how painful the idea is and that you think if you let it go, you are killing what you feel is your only way out (trust me, I know), but you're blinding yourself to the options that you are being presented with! You have alternatives, and you are so not done yet! Pick yourself up, pull your head out of your ass and quit wallowing in self-pity. Its time to get your game face on. Besides, lingering is sooo not sexy, and sexy is the everything right now. A trine to Helio helps you here- Remember this? Reread it, and then come back here- Go ahead, ill wait. Now you really need to put this in action, and do it NOW. If you are willing to put these lessons into action, and remember who you were right before it all came crashing down, when you were at your greatest, then I promise you, you will find that you will find what you're looking for. Oh and start smiling a lot more- none of those fake, snide smirks either, only the genuine article. A square to Siva indicates that you may have to fake it at first, but do it long enough and it will become real without you even noticing. Just focus on being happy, no matter what. That's what got you to there in the first point, isn't it? An opposition to Sphinx demands that you cool your heels and stop railing at the universe to make thing happen NOWNOWNOW. Your enthusiasm and vigor are acknowledged, but these things take time and you are not helping. What is out of your control is not to be acknowledged. A conjunction to Tantalus is dangling what you want in front of your face, but it is just out of reach and its agonizing. A sextile to Hera tells you to find something to distract you from what has you all wrapped up- put some distance between you and it.

Mercury- I'm not even trying to acknowledge my ruler right now. Shit is ridiculous. Still, its important this go around (rolls eyes) so I will soldier on. A square to Neptune rounds out the T-Square in my chart making me want to go into a feral rage, but for the rest of you lot, watch out for little omens and messages coming from seemingly all directions. Carry around a little notebook, and take note of stray thoughts that turn out to be genius insights. Oh, and if you're not doing it already, journal your dreams. A sextile to Makemake shows that you will need to fight for what it is you want and prove that you should have it, even though you feel as though you barely have any fight left in you. A trine to Vulkan helps with that, but you need to put all of your focus into that pursuit, and stop wasting time and energy on everything else. Develop tunnel vision. A conjunction to Astraea tells us that something important that left you could make a surprise reappearance, and when it does that means that a new chapter is underway for you. Go with it. A square to Isis warns that this may not be the easiest transition however- Much will be asked of you, more than has been asked before if you can believe it. Still, the rewards are most definitely worth it.

Venus- Our girl starts out with an opposition to Eris, indicating that there is something terribly wrong, but you cant quite put your finger on it, because you're trying to avoid dealing with it. I understand- who wouldn't? But you are going to have to take a deep breath and look it square in the eye so that you can make it right. It wont be easy, but you need to do it. A conjunction to Haumea tells you that doing so will lead you to the birth of something brand new and amazing. But you have to get off your ass and put in the work to do it. A quincunx to Pallas Athene shows that you are going to have to make some adjustments to your strategy and your approach if you want to achieve this. Honor both diplomacy and tactics, intelligence and desire and you will win. A sextile to Cupido tells you to set your sights high. Helping others right now helps your aims in unexpected ways, so reach out. A square to Helio has your hope very low, and you need to remind yourself why you set out this way in the first place. Remember what you have tried to forget. A sextile to Ixion and Hylonome warn you against making a rash decision that will hurt you more than help. Keep your desire (and your pain) in check. A trine to Vesta and a sextile to Juno help you stay on target, but it still has to come from you.      

Mars- Our boy is wrapping up his stay in Saggo, and after he moves into Capricorn I will be very relieved, let me just tell you. Him being in my Solar 7th house is just plain exhausting! Anyway, We start out with a quincunx to Admetos and Vulkanus, indicating that you are investing too much energy into a wasted effort. An opposition to Thereus confirms this, telling you to surrender. You know its not going anywhere, so why do you keep trying so hard? What do you have to prove, and who are you proving it to? Move on. A sextile to Apollon and Psyche tells us that your mind is on your several romantic prospects, but has one broken away from the pack? Is it one you already know so well? Time will tell. A trine to 1992 QB1 suggests that maybe its time to put your energy into a new endeavor, something you've never tried before. Break out of the cycle you're trapped in. A square to Logos and Urania tells you to avoid looking at the big picture, focus on the small details. Also, if you want to make big picture changes, you have to start with the small stuff. A trine to Hekate helps you understand that if you want to make those changes, now would most definitely be the the time, but you are the one who is going to have to make the moves. Show that you want it. A sextile to Lilith confirms this, indicating that you are going to have to get your hands dirty to get anywhere.

Jupiter- Papa bear is still Retrograde. Enjoy it while it lasts, guys. A square to Borasisi tells you that right now everything is very nebulous for you, and a lot is unclear. If you move forward one step at a time, without having the whole pattern spread out in front of you however, you will amaze yourself at how far you can go. Try believing for once. An opposition to Hidalgo indicates that your most strongly held beliefs will be challenged and tested now. What you have been waiting for is coming to fruition NOW. Like it or not, this is your harvest. A trine to Amor shows that right now, romance is all that is occupying your mind, or it sure feels that way. Don't lose sight of whats important while chasing skirts. A sextile to Askalaphus says that if you are stuck, try some honest candor. It might just be the catalyst that sparks a serious change. 

Saturn- The old soldier is just all systems go in Scorpio! A quincunx to Uranus tells you that you are having some difficultly reconciling your past dreams with the present reality. Maybe its time to let go and come up with a new dream, yeah? One that fits you better? A trine to Chiron shows that either way you go comes with a hefty side of pain and angst. Try to keep this to a minimum if possible. A sextile to Eros and Pluto tells you that when in doubt, follow your passion, whatever stirs your soul (and listen when that long dead hope comes back for that fleeting moment!). A trine to Ceres, Hades and Kronos tells you that if you do not honor yourself by taking the time to maintain your life (i.e.- eating right, working out, sleeping, taking breaks) it will cost you dearly. Don't push yourself too far. A quincunx to Lilith tells you to grow some stones, step up and do what you need to do. Work with what you have around you and get dangerous. A sextile to Orcus demands that you focus on how far you have come and not on what you have left behind. You cant forget where you have been, however- otherwise you'll end up right back where you started.

Uranus- A square to Eros gives you a much needed jolt back to reality. Use it to get back on track. A quincunx to Orcus helps you do this, and allows you to do it on your terms. Its time to purge what is no longer worth keeping around. you guys know the drill here, swift and no angst. An opposition to Sisyphus confirms this- Drag it out at your own peril. A sextile to Lilith and Atropos declares that the situation is now intolerable, and drastic change is necessary if you plan on seeing this through. A square to Ceres, Hades and Kronos warns against not doing this correctly- If its not authentic, down to your core, it will fail. So make sure that you know that what you're doing is right. 

 

Neptune- Finally direct, we can start making some progress again. Or we can just stay in our Opium den and see where that gets us, either way. Lets see, what haven't we covered yet? Well, a trine to Ceres, Hades and Kronos has you questioning the once-firm ground you have built your new foundation on. Is it structurally sound or will the building start sinking like that tower over in Pisa? Would it be better to just demolish it and start again? These are questions you need to answer. A square to Astraea warns that these answers may not come just yet, and when they do it may not be an easy road forward. A trine to Apophis confirms this, stirring up trouble in the interim. 

Pluto- And we come to the Ruler of this Eclipse, last but not least. The problem with Pluto is that by the time we get to him, we've already covered everything. Luckily the dread god always has a trick or two up his sleeve... Starting with a conjunction to Eros, deep passions are stirring in you- Power is Sexy. Make sure to channel these urges correctly. An opposition to Ceres, Hades and Kronos tells you that you are going to be asked to choose between two conflicting desires of yours- try to work them both, or at least one at a time. Rule nothing out just yet. A sextile to Chiron confirms this, telling you that avoiding this is the surest way to cut yourself off at the knees. A quincunx to Lilith and Atropos and a square to Bacchus indicates that you are going to need to decidedly choose not to give in to some of your baser urges in lieu of progress toward your goals. Make your rewards for little victories count. A trine to Eurydike and Achilles confirms this, and tells you that you must not hesitate, and you must do whatever is necessary to accomplish your aims. A trine to Phaethon indicates you are on the main stage right now, with everything you do clearly visible. Watch yourself. Finally, a sextile to Orpheus helps you smooth over some of those ruffled feathers that you have shaken up lately if you only reach out to try to mend those burnt bridges. Make the effort.

Hellraisers, this is a big one. Do it right, and you'll be in a better position to take control of your life and achieve your goals than ever before. Do it wrong however, and you will find yourself being scraped over hot coals in your own personal hell. It seriously all depends on your choices right here in this moment.
